Our approach
We assess each site according to its conditions. Work scope, methods, equipment and execution are considered together.
Site and scope
The initial discussion covers the location, work required and available site information. Surveys, drawings and photographs, where available, help clarify the need. Access, existing structures and other ongoing activities are included in the assessment.
Methods and equipment
The work method and equipment requirements are considered alongside site conditions. Work sequence, preparation and equipment positioning are planned within this framework. The programme develops as information affecting execution becomes clear.
Execution and follow-up
Site work follows the defined scope and programme. Changing conditions and needs arising during execution are monitored. Progress and the requirements of subsequent stages are considered together and reflected in the organisation of the work.
